In connection with the petition of Satydhan Chakma of Chittagong Hill Tracts appealing against the decision of the Commissioner of the Chittagong Division in the matter of a conviction and sentence under section 211, Indian penal Code, the Governor in Council reduces the sentence to the period already served.
