In reply to and from Babu Atul Chandra Datta of Rahamatganj a Chittagong asking for the sanction of the Government of India to sue Raja Bhuban Mohan Roy the Chakma Chief of the Chittagong Hill Tracts are not sluing Chiefs and  a such no sanction of the Government of India is necessary.
