Informing the Government of the United Provinces that no tolls are levied on motor vehicles and their passengers by the Darjeeling Municipality or by the Provincial Government with in the Municipal limits, and that taxes only are realized under the Bengal Motor vehicles Tax Act, 1932 (Act 1 of 1932) and the Bengal Motor Vehicles Tax (Amendment) Act 1932 (Act XIII of 1932).
