In reply to their complaint against the sub-divisional Officer, Kishoreganj, Mymensingh for not giving effect to an order passed by the Calcutta High Court for taking possession of a Sugar Mill belonging to Dass Sugar Corporation Limited, the Government of West Bengal have been informed of the circumstances and thereof.

Rack No. 34, Bundle No. 02, Sl No. 106 Protest was made by the Government of West Bengal regarding the arrest of three Assistant Sub-Inspector and five constables of West Bengal at Ranka, Rajshahi. The matter was thoroughly enquired in to and found that their arrest and detention was justified. The Police partly were released shortly after their arrest.
