In reply to his reference the Indian Deputy High Commissioner, Dacca has been informed that the rent of the entire house has been fixed at Rs. 26 per mensem accordingly to Municipal valuation and rent for the eastern portion has to thus been fixed at Rs. 15 per mensem and that in view of the acute shortage of family quarters at noting the house in question cannot be de-requisitioned
