Rack No. 34, Bundle No. 06, Sl No. 271 In reply to the complaint regarding requisition of the house of Babu Bimalendu Roy of Naogaon in the District of Rajshahi, the Government of West Bengal informed that a vacant house was requisitioned and was subsequently of de-requisitioned when demanded by the owner of the house Rack No. 34, Bundle No. 06, Sl No. 272 In reply to a reference made by them the Government of West Bengal were informed that the house had been restored to the owner Rack No. 34, Bundle No. 06, Sl No. 273 In reply to his reference the Indian Deputy High Commissioner, Dacca has been informed that the rent of the house has been fixed at Rs. 32 per month and the owner has been asked to receive payment from the Estate officer, Dacca personally or through authorized agents.
