Allegation made by one Hazarimal Banwarilal formerly of Chuadanga in the District of Kushtia about the requisition of his house at Chuadanga and seizure of all of his utensils while crossing the border at Darsana by the Customs Authority were enquired into and the Government of West Bengal informed that the news of requisition of his house is false and as the number of utensils was huge for a man travelling alone it was seized (Record no. 46941)
