Moulvi, A Mannan, Sub-divisional publicity organizer Kurigram (North) went on leave on 10th August 1948 and remained absent from duty for more than three months. As he automatically stood discharged under the rules the District Magisstrate was requested that no leave salary should be paid to him and that the sub divisional publicity organizer Kurigram (South). Maulvi Afsarddin would remain in charge of the entire subdivision until orders.
